Due to actively Q-switched mode of operation, possibility of PC control and external/ internal triggering DTL-series Q-switched lasers may be successfully used for different applications. The lasers feature short pulse width of less than 10 ns, wide range of pulse repetition rates (from single pulses to more than 10 kHz) and output at different wavelengths: in UV range (263 nm, 266 nm, 351 nm or 355 nm), in visible (527 nm or 532 nm) and IR range (1053 nm or 1064 nm). Multi-wavelength lasers are a cost effective solution for many scientific applications. |
We offer CW lasers with output power in IR and visible (green) spectrum ranges. They include CDRH compliant laser systems and large quantity of laser modules for different OEM applications. We also SLM- and S-series lasers with single-frequency mode of operation. |

PULSED LASERS. YLF Line...
YLF-Line pulsed DTL-series lasers provide laser pulse energy up to 400 µJ at 1053 nm, up to 200 µJ at 527 nm, up to 50 µJ at 351 nm and up to 10 µJ at 263 nm. YLF Line lasers feature high stability of laser pulse energy in a wide range of pulse repetition rate (from single pulses to 100 kHz) and the pulse width <10 ns. In 2011 we introduce several models of multi-wavelength lasers of YLF-line with simultaneous pulses at different wavelengths.
PULSED LASERS. Garnet Line...
Garnet-line pulsed lasers are a cost-effective solution with stabilized pulse energy. Well-known Garnet line lasers are available at 266 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm or 1064 nm wavelengths. Industrial model for OEM GARNET (355 nm) features perfect compliance to OEM due to guaranteed custom laser parameters. Over 2000 of GARNET lasers have been sold during last 8 years to world’s leading industrial original equipment manufacturers (OEM). These lasers are working successfully in the customer’s mass-spectrometry, microdissection and other equipment.
CONTINUOUS WAVE LASERS. DTL-series...
CW DTL-series lasers radiate in green and infrared spectrum ranges. They yield up to 1500 mW at 527 nm with noise level less than 0.6 % RMS (typ) and up to 2500 mW at 1053 nm or 1064 nm with noise level less than 0.5 % RMS. The model DTL-318 with output up to 200 mW at 532 nm is available upon request.
The main features are: perfect beam quality, TEMoo, high stability of output power, PC control through RS-232, adjustment of output power in the range 5-100% keeping high-stable operation.
CONTINUOUS WAVE LASERS. T-series...
T-series laser modules designed for OEM applications radiate up to 20 mW in green range at 532 nm or up to 100 mW in IR range at 1064 nm. They feature stable output power within wide temperature range and life time of >10,000 hrs verified with real-time tests. T-series module incorporates a driving electronics. Therefore, no additional driver for the laser diode is required. In order to operate, the module just needs a 3.3 VDC power supply. Each LCM-T-series laser module features an active power stabilization control loop. This control loop monitors output radiation of the laser module and maintains it at constant level within a wide temperature range. Spherical-mirror laser cavity provides perfect and stable beam geometry. Two-lens output optics yields well collimated centered and aligned beam. The above features allow considering T-series laser modules as the best price-performance choice for many practical applications.
Besides, we offer the modification LCM-T-111-AP with analogue power adjustment and possibility of TTL modulation.
Miniature T-series complete laser systems have output power of 3 mW in green (532 nm) or 50 mW in infrared (1064 nm); they comply with FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 for complete laser products, being a good choice for use in laboratory and for educational purposes.

CONTINUOUS WAVE LASERS. SLM CW green lasers...
Single-frequency green lasers are presented with S-series modules and complete laser system SLM-417. The most important applications are: Raman spectroscopy, laser microscopy, interference measurements, spectral analysis, flow cytometry, holography, laser-assisted measurements.
Green low noise S-series laser modules LCM-S-111 feature a single longitudinal mode, low optical noise (<0.2 % RMS or <0.9% peak-to-peak), high coherence length and narrow line width (<0.00001 nm). They provide stable output power in a wide operating temperature range due to MCU based driver with two-channel TE-controller. S-series laser modules are small-size OEM units intended for the custom equipment in various OEM projects. High repeatability of parameters from sample to sample allows prompt alignment during assembly and maintenance.
Modification LCM-S-111-20-R has been specially developed for Raman spectroscopy. Due to a special technical solution, back reflection hitting output laser aperture does not have an essential influence on the output power stability and the level of optical noise.
This advantage makes the laser an ideal source for use in Raman spectroscopy.
The model SLM-417 is a single-frequency complete laser system with output at 532 nm compliant with FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 for complete laser products. It features a single longitudinal mode, low noise, high coherence length, narrow linewidth and stable output power in a wide operating temperature range. The special feature of the SLM-417 is manual output power adjustment. The laser has compact size and is available in powers 20 or 50 mW. Different beam parameters are available as option.
